The six-week program will teach you how to drive quality and make products, processes and services more effective and efficient. Upon your successful completion of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program, you will obtain the knowledge to:

  • Identify potential Lean Six Sigma process improvement opportunities
  • Lead a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project through the five phases of DMAIC methodology (define, measure, analyze, improve, control)
  • Understand and apply core Lean and Six Sigma tools and concepts during the execution of a Green Belt project
